X Ultimate Armor At the character select screen, highlight X then press: circle x2 - left x6 - down L1 R1 and press start. Keep L1 and R1 down until the games begin. If you succeed, X's chest will be purple. Go to the capsule on Spider stages to become Ultimate because is the more easier one to find. Power and Defense are greater and you can spam unlimited Giga attack. Zero Dark Armor At the character select screen, highlight Zero then : hold R1 - right x6 - release R1 and press and hold X and circle. If it right, Zero will be dark when you begin the game. When you play Zero with the Dark Armor, his power and defense are greater.

X Utimate Armor Highlight X, then press: up x2 - down x9, you should hear a sound then press circle. When you begin the game, X should be with the Ultimate Armor of X4. Zero Dark Armor Highlight Zero, then press: down x2 - up x9, you should hear a sound then press circle. When you begin the game, Zero should be in his Dark Armor

Zero Dark Armor At the title screen, press Start then left x3 - right x1 - L1 x3 - R2 x1. If done correctly, you'll should hear a sound. After you find Zero and play as him, he should be dark. If you're doing a game with Zero most of the time, I recommend you to play as Dark Zero than Zero with his normal armor because he's too weak as normal armor.
